I combine academic depth, including a PhD in process mining, with hands-on delivery across architecture, governance, data architecture, operating model design, and analysis.
My work spans standardized SAP processes and enterprise-scale process mining programs as well as complex, object-centric and event-knowledge-graph applications. I help organizations turn event data into actionable insights and build sustainable process intelligence capabilities that support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making.

My interests lie at the intersection of process intelligence, data, and complex operational systems. I am particularly interested in understanding process performance and identifying the causes behind it, especially in environments where conventional case-centric process mining is insufficient.
